Michelle’s approach is simple and effective – a dogged pursuit to resolution.  She digs deep on the facts and law well before the day of meditation.  Michelle prides herself on being a very effective mediator that sets up the participants for success by not limiting her preparation time before the mediation.  This often includes several hours of discussions with counsel on both sides, video meetings with counsel and clients, as well as adjustors if insurance coverage is involved.  As part of her preparation, Michelle also brings her love of math to the table by preparing her own critical damages and risks analysis, as well as settlement scenarios that she shares with the participants for use and consideration in resolving their dispute.
